CS Galerie
The CS Gallery in Kaigasse 27 has been in existence since 1998. Yong Chen, the painter and owner of the gallery, has been working and living in the city of Salzburg since 1990. He was born in 1963 in Shanghai, China. He grew up in this up-and-coming megacity and was educated at the University of Art, where he graduated in 1984. This was followed by professional artistic activities in Shanghai, then in Australia and then in Austria, first in Vienna and soon moving to Salzburg. His artistic work focuses on watercolours with Salzburg motifs as well as watercolours of scenery paintings from the Salzburg Festival. His watercolour portraits are also very popular. A visit to the CS Gallery is of course free and possible at any time during our opening hours.
