YoCo and Markussaal

The YoCo (Young Community) is a Youth Centre in the Salzburger Altstadt that offers a variety of activities and programmes in four main areas (Culture, Participation, Spirit and Open Space) to teenagers and young adults between the ages of 14 and 25. Attached to the Youth Centre is an event room, the Markussaal. It's located beneath the St. Markus Church at Ursulinenplatz and aside from the Youth Centre's cultural events it can also be rented for private occasions, theatres, lectures, readings, concerts and parties. Since the Markussaal has a stage and is well equipped (light and sound technology, bar area, seating, ...), various events up to 200 people can be hosted there.
