The Tourism Association of the Old Town of Salzburg (Münzgasse 1, 5020 Salzburg, office@salzburg-altstadt.at, Data Protection Officer: dpo_salzburg_altstadt@datamill.solutions) processes the name, address and contact data as well as the type of membership of club members for the purpose of managing the membership and to provide notification of upcoming events based on the conclusion of a contract concluded with the membership, and for the purpose of sending direct advertising via post on the basis of legitimate interest. The data is deleted after the expiry of the statutory retention requirement of three years. The processing of data is required to fulfill the contract.
If you register for the newsletter, we process information on reading behavior for the purpose of compiling statistics and to optimize our content on the basis of your consent. You may revoke your consent to receive the newsletter at any time by e-mail. Each newsletter also contains the option to unsubscribe. The revocation does not affect the legal basis valid until the revocation. Your data will be stored until revocation or cancellation of the newsletter.
