Versatility is also the trump card of Augsburg singer, musician, speaker, presenter and gallery owner Eva Gold in her trio. The way she uses her variable voice to transform songs by Icelandic vocal icon Björk and Brit pop band Blur into jazz chansons would have put a smile on the faces of Ella Fitzgerald and Frank Sinatra. A dazzling program for brunch, with appropriate accompaniment. The studied jazz bassist Jonas Hermes also has everything from garage rock and blues to a wide variety of singer/songwriter projects on his resume. Pianist Tom “Tornado” Jahn earned his nickname with LaBrassBanda, Monika Roscher Bigband and most recently TMT xplosive.

For over 20 years, Augsburg singer, musician, speaker, presenter and gallery owner Eva Gold has been on stage in many forms and colors: “I love to delve into characters, experiences and moments,” she states. Which then ranges from jazz and chanson to electronic music or new Brecht settings to radio plays and her experimental spatial sound format “For the Heart and the Hard Times.” In 2021, she initiated the “#morelove – The Love Revolution” campaign for loving interaction and simultaneously released her song “Love” with the Babelsberg Film Orchestra. She will certainly remind people during her solo performance in the Salzburg Collegiate Church that hate must not be allowed to flourish.
