Kadri Voorand & Mihkel Mälgand

The charismatic Estonian singer, songwriter and pianist Kadri Voorand in duet with bassist Mihkel Mälgand creates a painting of sounds in large format. Hereby her spectrum ranges from acoustic folk pop to R&B and electro to vocal jazz and onomatopoeic improvisation with her many qualities coming to full show: her expressive, energetic, imaginative and smooth vocals as well as her original and humorous songwriting. Everything that was captured as a “snapshot” in time in the studio in 2020 on her award-winning ACT debut album “In Duo with Mihkel Mälgand,” can now be heard live and in full flow in Salzburg.
