We promise hand-made moments of happiness. In the sugar workshop, the best ingredients and long-forgotten sweets for young and old are produced according to centuries-old recipes. Only the highest quality raw materials are used in the pots - exclusively Austrian sugar, natural flavours and mostly natural plant extracts that give the colorful sugars their great colors. Maria Scholz and Christian Mayer learned this craft from the last masters of their trade and now carry this almost extinct Austrian tradition into the future. In the Schaumanufaktur you can be there when pure granulated sugar is transformed into small works of art that not only look beautiful, but also taste seductively good. Just come, watch and let it "sugarlize".
