Kaslöchl - Spezereien

The various smells of the many cheeses in the Salzburg cheese shop "Kaslöchl" already promise ante portas a culinary treat. In the tiny room with its historic arched ceiling you will find an irresistibly arranged selection of over 150 regional and international cheeses. In addition to Austrian specialities which range from high alpine cheese to goat cheese, sheep cheese and Brimsen, there are Spanish and in particular French varieties as well. Tip: Try the rich aromatic "Vorarlberger Hochalmkäse". This speciality is produced in summer on alpine pastures before it has to age for a year.
