Built in the mid-17th century by Prince Archbishop Paris Lodron as a city palace for his family, guests have been welcomed behind the historic walls since 1816 - first in the inn and guest house, then in the hotel. The hotel has been part of the family-run IMLAUER Hotels & Restaurants since 2019. The IMLAUER team welcomes you with family warmth. The location is as impressive yesterday as it is today. To get to Mirabell Palace with its magnificent Mirabell Gardens, all you have to do is cross the street. Linzergasse is just a short walk away, as is the world-famous Getreidegasse.

Our IMLAUER patisserie team has created the "Salzburger Nockerl to go" - fluffy, sweet Salzburg in a mini version.
