Vernissage Roland Wimmer Art

The exhibition with the title  “The Art of Forgetting” draws a comparison of former and current conflicts. The series of pictures shows Roma and Sinti portraits, who were imprisoned in the camp Weyer between St.Pantaleon and St.Georgen from 1940-1941 at the river Moosach. 

The images from Weyer are juxtaposed, with current and former scenes, of war and terror and their victims, with the question of what could have become of them.
