We love coffee

Salzburg's smallest coffee house - that's "We love Coffee" at the footbridge Mozartsteg. In the middle of the Salzburger Altstadt on the waterfront of the Salzach you will find the former toll house. The history of this tiny house goes back to 1903, when it was the bustling gastronome Georg Krimmel who built the Mozartsteg to draw the locals from the old town to the Giselakai, where his Café Corso was located. At that time the toll house was built next to the bridge, where you had to pay for crossing. Of course there is no longer a toll to pay - but the house is still there. And this is exactly where "We love Coffee" is located.
